From Welding Torch to 3D Printer

For a long time, my world was all about welding and sales—high heat, high stress, and constant noise. If you’ve ever been under a welding hood, you know it’s all about the details and making sure things are built to stay together. I’ve still got that "maker’s eye," but these days, I’ve traded the sparks for a much quieter kind of craft.

Finding Our Calm

Haven Prints started because I needed a way to decompress. Life gets loud, and finding a productive way to spend my time, making cool stuff for my kids and building things for our home, became my way of finding some peace and quiet.

My wife is right there in the trenches with me. She’s as much a part of this business as I am, helping me pick the styles, test the designs, and make sure everything we ship is something we’d actually want in our own house. We’re just a family in Coeur d'Alene trying to build something cool together.

Why We Do It This Way

I’ve always had a passion for computers, and 3D printing is like the perfect middle ground between tech and hands-on building. It lets us create these really clean, minimalist designs that you just can't find at a big-box store.

When you buy from us, you aren't just getting something pulled off a shelf. You’re getting something we obsessed over in our studio to make sure the texture is right, the strength is there, and it actually helps you enjoy your space a little more.
